MIRACLES

Hey friends!

So this crazy thing happened this week! So we were planning on going over to watch the Joseph Smith movie with Maricela, Martha, and Karla and we were going over right after dinner. So we are on our way to dinner and we had the snacks we brought and suddenly were like "Oh no! We didn't grab the movie!" But dinner was really far away so we couldn't turn around and wouldn't have time to go back for it in between. So we just hoped we had one with our supplies in the trunk. So after dinner we were searching, we lifted up all the books, moved around all the pamphlets and like looked everywhere and it wasn't there. So I turned to hermana Leiva to see if she had found it and she hadn't so I went to close the trunk and at the last second out of the corner of her eye, hermana Leiva sees it! So we opened up the trunk and it was just sitting right on top of all of our stuff that we had looked through. But guys we are 99% sure ths t it was not there before. It was crazy. We were so grateful and we ended up having the best lesson! They loved the movie and even said they believe joseph smith was a prophet! It was such a miracle!

We have found a few new people to teach that we are excited about! One of them we met after a super long day of nobody giving us the time of day. We were really frustrated because the whole week before we hadn't found any new people to teach and nobody was paying any attention to us and it was just a rough day. We were about ready to head home to finish off the night with language study and we had one more potential investigator to try. We went to her house and found out she had moved a while ago but the guy we talked to was a young guy who seemed to be going through some things and as we talked to him we found out he had a desire to learn if God was really real. We had a good conversation with him and made a return appointment and were really excited about it and so grateful to have found him! But then we went back yesterday and his dad said he had been arrested that day and would be back in a couple days sooo we will have some work to do but we are excited still haha!
